The rooms at Villa Saracena are all arranged on one floor. The entrance door leads to a large living room and open plan dining area with beautiful sea views and access to two panoramic terraces, one of which is furnished for relaxation, the other for eating.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen is accessible from close to the dining table and also has a glass door that gives onto a shaded area where you could have breakfast. On one side of the house there are three bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and access to a lovely terrace overlooking the sea, and two double-bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the other side of the house there are four double rooms with single beds. One has a bathroom with en-suite shower, one has a bathroom with shower next door and the last two share a bathroom with shower.

The exterior: after crossing the gate towards the large parking lot at the back of the house, the first view of the villa is of white arches, large wraparound gardens and the turquoise Mediterranean Sea.

The living and dining area is outside on a shaded terrace that runs along the entire facade of the property. Furnished for dining and relaxing, this area boasts unforgettable views of the pool, the Gulf of Catania and Etna.

Below is the pool area, which offers the same extraordinary views. Surrounded by gardens with green lawn and bordered by Mediterranean flora and stone paths cut by Greek quarrymen over 2,500 years ago, the pool area is served by a second shaded terrace along the facade, which houses a lounge, a sauna and a hot tub.

If all this is not enough, a path with steps carved into the cliff leads to the sea below, where the transparent waters of the Ionian Sea await you.
